    "Fear can either help to mobilize you into your next stage,",
    "Or leave you feeling paralyzed and frozen in place.",
    "It’s okay to have fear,",
    "courage is created from it. ",
    "Be so courageous to jump that even fear escapes",
    "your thoughts. ",
    "Face your fears and you will start to live in harmony",
    "Fears block our hope and capability to do.",
    "But it can also create the strongest person inside",
    "of you."
