    "The National Weather Service issued a High Wind Warning for",
    "Boulder County and surrounding areas in the State of Colorado,",
    "expecting wind speeds in excess of 80 mph ( 129 kph).",
    "Around 11 a.m MST (6 p.m. UTC) a grass fire was reported.",
    "With wind speeds reaching 115 mph (185 kph) the fire would",
    "spread over 6,000 acres in a matter of hours.",
    "Marshall Fire destroyed 1,084 homes and 7 businesses,",
    "displacing 30,000 residents. As of January 31, 2022",
    "1 person was killed, 1 person is still missing and the cause",
    "of the fire is still under investigation.",
